Q: How do purchase my order on the website?
A: To order your purchase:-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click back to continue add other products into the cart or click “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Email Address and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- In Step 1, you'll need to confirm your shipping methods and click “Continue to Step 2” button.
- In Step 2, you'll need to confirm your shipping address. Then, click “Continue to Step 3” button.
- Next to the Step 3, you need to make manual payment. After follow the instructions given, you may click “Continue to Step 4” button.
- After Step 1-3 have been done, you need to reconfirm your order and billing details. Then, click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete the order.
Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: Butik Zunurain Salleh receives two payment methods, Online Banking (Processing fee) and Manual Payment (Maybank). You’ll need to follow the instructions given to complete your order.
Q: What is POP? How to upload the POP?
A: POP is Proof of Payment. You may upload the receipt of transaction payments (CDM/Screenshot) in “Upload Now” button at My Orders page.
Q: Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
A: No, the order that have been made cannot be cancel in the website.
If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to Cancellation Order: [Your Order Reference Number]” or Whatsapp +60 11-2112 8729 in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
Note: Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q: How to change my shipping address?
A: Log in to your account → Click the three lines at the upper corner left → Click “My Account” → Click “My Orders” → Click your order "Reference Number" → Go to “Shipping Address (Penerima)” box → Click “Change Shipping Address”.
No change of information or address can be made after the item have been processed in the packed section.
If you would like to change the Country or State or Shipping adress, please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to Change State” or Whatsapp +60 11-2112 8729 in order to inform us about the change shipping address.
Note: Please make sure the address you entered is correct to avoid any potential issues.
Q: I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
A: Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the space provided. Click “Reset Password”.
An email will be sent to you. Once you have received the email, you will be able to change a new password for your account.
Note: Please write your password in your note to avoid you forgot.
Q: How do I get my tracking number order?
A: Log in to your account → Click the three lines at the upper corner left → Click “My Account” → Click “Shipping/Collected” → Click your order "Reference Number" → Go to “Courier Tracking” box.
