Q: How do purchase my order on the website?
A:
To order your purchase:-

  1. Click the “Add to Cart” or "Buy Now" button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Proceed to Checkout” for further steps.
  3. Step 1, you'll need to review items in your cart and click the "Continue to Shipping" button.
  4. Step 2, you'll need to confirm shipping information.
    In the contact information section, if you already have an account, please click "Login here" where you need to log in to your account using your Email Address and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, click "Sign Up here" where you need to register an account before you proceed with your payment.
    Next, you'll need to pick up your preferred method of shipping in choose shipping method section and fill up the shipping address where we will send your purchase.
    Then, click the "Continue to Payment" button to proceed with your payment for the products.
  5. Next to Step 3, you'll need to make a Manual Payment. Follow the instructions given to make payment. After that, click the “Continue to Summary” button.
  6. After Steps 1-3 have been done, you need to double-check your order to reconfirm it. Then, click “Pay Now” to complete the order.


Q: What are the payment methods available?
A:
Butik Zunurain Salleh only receives the Manual Payment (Maybank) method. You’ll need to follow the instructions given to complete your order.

Q: What is POP? How to upload the POP?
A:
POP is Proof of Payment. You may upload the receipt of transaction payments (CDM/Screenshot) in the “Upload Now” button on the My Orders page.

Q: Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
A:
No, there is no cancel button provided on the website for the orders that have been made, or orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.

Q: How to change my shipping address?
A:
Log in to your account → Click the three lines at the upper corner left → Click “My Account” → Click “My Orders” → Click your order "Reference Number" → Go to “Shipping Address (Penerima)” box → Click “Change Shipping Address”.

If you would like to change the Country or State, click "Contact us" or the WhatsApp logo for further inquiry.

Note: Please make sure the address you entered is correct to avoid any potential issues. No change of information or address can be made after the item has been processed in the Packing section.

Q: I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
A:
Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill in your email that was used to register the account in the space provided, then click the “Reset Password” button.

An email will be sent to you. Once you have received the email, you will be able to change a new password for your account.

Note: Please rewrite your password in the notes to avoid forgetting.

Q: How do I get my tracking number order?
A:
Log in to your account → Click the three lines at the upper corner left → Click “My Account” → Click “Shipping/Collected” → Click your order "Reference Number" → Go to the “Courier Tracking” box.
